If you receive a physical item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Once approved, we will offer a replacement or refund.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused and in original condition
- Items must be returned in original packaging
Please note:
- We DO NOT accept returns or exchanges for issues related to incorrect sizing unless the item is defective.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Digital Products (E-Books & Downloads)
All digital products are delivered electronically and are non-refundable once the download has been accessed.
If you experience any technical issues with your digital purchase, please contact us and we will gladly assist you.

Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
